We ship all of our orders through our in-home delivery services. You will receive an email update with your order number once your order has been shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 15mts to 12 hours . Standard shipping typically takes between 1 to 2 days, for destinations within Delhi/NCR . If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a Few hrs/days. Additionally, exceptional delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, traffic jams, holiday volumes, or inclement weather strikes or accidents) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a order number to track your order via our svifresh app . Once you receive your order, please allow us 4 hours time to for updation in the system.
Damaged or tampered orders
Any consignment recieved damaged or tempered should not be accepted and must be returuned to the delivery boy with suitable remarks. Post delivery SVIFRESH will not be liable for the damage or tempering of goods or products
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
Currently we do not handle any International Shipments.
